TPAOA requests all the residents to please stay indoors and minimize the usage of common areas like lifts, podiums, etc.
In compliance with government orders/advisories and other precautionary measures for COVID, below additional guidelines of TPAOA will be applicable until further notice.
Follow all the covid safety protocols like Wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, Sanitize/washing your hands frequently, etc. to ensure the safety of yourselves and others.
Restrict visitors/guests as much as possible
Gym, Children's play area, Swimming pool, Clubhouse, and other amenities will continue to be closed.
Walking is allowed but no sitting or socializing in group is allowed anywhere in the Podium and common areas.
No entry or exit is allowed at the Security Gates between 10 pm to 5 am except for the emergency services and exceptions due to the Night curfew order issued by the government authority for Bengaluru.
Please ensure all the eligible members of your households, Guest, visitors, domestic helpers (Maid, Cooks, etc.) are vaccinated with both doses of vaccines and have the vaccination certificate available with them.
The resident needs to mandatorily report details of all incoming travel from outside through Apna Complex 'Request' ticket and fill the travel declaration form available at security. Please submit the RTPCR test report on arrival as per the government guidelines for international/ interstate travel.
Door delivery of Milk and other essentials such as Groceries will be allowed only in the morning before 10 AM. Post this, all the lifts, doorknobs, and other common areas will be sanitized.
Other couriers and food deliveries vendors will continue to be restricted till the security gate. Residents need to follow the Contactless Delivery option of 'Leave at Gate' or ‘Approve' on ApnaComplex app notification as communicated earlier.
Service vendors for necessary services such as plumbing, electrical, cooking gas, water, etc. are allowed inside with prior approval from FM through ticket. No restrictions for emergency services vendors for health checkups, Medicine delivery. The person needs to follow the covid appropriate behavior all the time inside the society.
Move-in or move-out for only one flat in a day will be allowed for each block (with first cum first serve basis) to avoid the crowding of common areas and lifts. Please follow the move-in/move-out guidelines and request the same at least 7 days in advance before scheduling.
Garbage collection from the HQ flats will be done separately. HQ flats should not put their garbage outside the door in advance.
In case you have developed any symptoms of COVID-19 then please visit the nearest health facility for a test immediately and inform the FM about the result. While awaiting results, pls quarantine your family as a precautionary measure and do not allow any domestic help.
If any Domestic helpers have traveled recently then please report it to FM and do not allow them to work in your home until 7 days of isolation for any symptoms to appear.
If maid or cooks or service staff, develops fever/cough/cold or any other symptoms of COVID-19 then please advise them to visit the nearest health facility and do not allow them to work in your home until completely recovered. Also, immediately report it to FM.
If you know about anyone else in the society who has come in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, then inform the FM immediately.
Kindly reach out to FM or association in case of any query to avoid any last-minute hassles.
These guidelines will be reviewed on continuous basis and based on the situation to our nearby apartment and precautionary measures taken by them or notified by the government, additional restriction may get implied.
We request all the resident to be vigilant about their safety, cooperate and help each other in this critical pandemic situation.
