Every Move-In and Move-Out either by the tenant or the owner requires the association’s approval and a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Move In / Move Out Forms are available with the Facility Manager and these should be submitted at the Facility Manager's office 7 days before Move In / Move Out, during office hours. Everyone should abide by the Move In / Move Out procedures set forth by the association.

Move in / Move Out is allowed on all days except Sundays, Public Holidays, and TPAOA declared event days.

Move In / Move Out timings are strictly between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

We request every owner/resident to familiarize themselves with the Move In, Move Out Rules & Procedures given in our bye-laws.

Association / Security has the right to deny the entry and exit of the goods vehicles inside the premises outside this allowed time window.
