At Aratt Premier, we follow the color coded "2 Bin - 1 Bag" model mandated by the Hon. Karnataka High Court in regard to waste segregation and disposal. We believe this particular model provides consistency for the entire city and helps in creating a sense of universal segregation culture. Moreover, this model is pretty easy to educate housekeeping staff, maids, kids, residents and is found to be more efficient in the segregation and collection of wastes.

We request every owner / resident to familiarize yourself with the Waste Segregation Guidelines given in our bye laws.

It is the duty of every owner / resident to ensure that their waste is segregated at source.

Any non-compliance and failure at an individual level to manage garbage correctly (segregation, storage, disposal) will be dealt strictly by the association.
